摘　　要：微量元素及维生素参与机体的多种生理进程,影响基因的表达及突变,对病毒的清除作用和宫颈癌的进展过程产生影响。宫颈病变、宫颈癌的免疫病毒清除机制研究已成为该疾病的研究重点。自身免疫能力在宫颈病毒感染的转阴率中发挥重要作用,本文综述了微量元素锌、硒、铜、铁及叶酸、维生素A、维生素E及其衍生物和维生素D对自身免疫能力的影响,通过补足或减少该物质的摄入从而达到提高宫颈高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染的转阴率,降低宫颈病变及宫颈癌的发生率,为早期宫颈病变及宫颈癌提供临床治疗和预防策略。Trace elements and vitamins are involved in multiple physiological processes in the body,affecting gene expression and mutation,and having an impact on the viral clearance effect and the progression process of cervical cancer.The study on immune mechanisms of viral clearance in cervical lesions and cervical cancer has become a study priority in this disease.Autoimmune capacity plays an important role in the negative conversion rate of cervical virus infection.Based on this,this paper reviews the effects of trace elements such as zinc,selenium,copper,iron,folic acid,vitamin A,vitamin E and its derivatives,and vitamin D on autoimmune capacity,that is,the negative conversion rate of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus infection can be improved by supplementing or reducing the intake of these substances,thus reducing the incidence of cervical lesions and cervical cancer.The review in this paper will provide clinical treatment and prevention strategies for early cervical lesions and cervical cancer.
