摘　　要：目的分析联勤保障部队第九八八医院(我院)急诊科疼痛药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,分析2020年度我院急诊科疼痛药物使用情况,包括患者性别、年龄、临床诊断、疼痛药物名称、规格、使用频次及频率,并对药物使用合理性进行评价。结果共分析急诊科疼痛药物处方4238张,患者年龄主要分布于18~57岁;男性患者3031张(占71.5%),女性患者1207张(占28.5%);疼痛药物使用的疾病类型主要为外伤(53.5%)、肠胃炎(13.6%)、泌尿系结石(14.7%);非甾体抗炎药(55.1%)与中成药镇痛类(71.4%)使用频率最高;合理处方4043张(95.4%),不合理处方195张(4.6%),不合理类型包括用法用量、特殊人群、联用药物、重复用药、给药途径、适应证几方面。结论非甾体抗炎药、中成药镇痛类在急诊科疼痛药物使用中频率最高,其药物使用基本合理,建议临床医生根据患者疼痛情况谨慎选择,合理使用疼痛药物,保证患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the use of pain drugs in the emergency department of the 988^(th) Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force(our hospital),so as to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods With a retrospective analysis method,the use of pain drugs in the emergency department of our hospital in 2020 was analyzed,including patient gender,age,clinical diagnosis,as well as the name,strength and dosing frequency of pain drugs,and the rationality of drug use was evaluated.Results A total of 4238 prescriptions of pain drugs in the emergency department were analyzed.The patients were mainly aged from 18 to 57 years old,including 3031 male patients(71.5%)and 1207 female patients(28.5%).The main types of pain drugs used were trauma(53.5%),gastroenteritis(13.6%)and urinary calculi(14.7%).Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(55.1%)and Chinese patent analgesics(71.4%)were the most frequently used.There were 4043 reasonable prescriptions(95.4%)and 195 unreasonable prescriptions(4.6%).Unreasonable types covered dosage and administration,special population,combined drugs,repeated doses,route of administration and indications.Conclusion Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and Chinese patent analgesics show the highest frequency in the use of pain drugs in the emergency department,and their use is basically reasonable.It is suggested that clinicians carefully select and reasonably use pain drugs according to the pain conditions of patients,so as to ensure the medication safety of patients.
