摘  要:目的构建基于中医院校护理硕士专业学位(master of nursing specialist,MNS)研究生核心能力的过程性评价和多元考核体系。方法采用德尔菲法,选择具有护理硕士研究生导师资格或协助研究生导师带教资格及从事中医护理教育、护理管理或中医临床护理工作年限≥10年和副高级及以上职称专家共20名,通过两轮咨询确定中医院校MNS过程性评价和多元考核体系。结果MNS研究生过程性评价和多元考核体系包括一级指标7个和二级指标24个。两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.93。中医院校MNS过程性评价一级、二级指标的重要性评分均值均大于4.5分。考核方式排序前3位分别是中医护理查房评价、中医护理个案书写及汇报和迷你临床评估演练。考核时间集中在研二学年。考核人员以临床带教老师、导师为主。结论本研究构建的中医院校MNS过程性评价和多元考核体系专家意见集中,可为中医院校MNS研究生培养方案的设置提供重要的参考依据。Objective To develop a process evaluation system based on the core competence of the master degree nursing students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Delphi method was used to select a total of 20 experts with the inclusion criteria as(a)a qualified supervisor for master degree nursing student or a qualified teaching assistant to the student supervisor,(b)with over 10 years in nursing education of TCM,nursing management or clinical nursing practice in TCM,and(c)with a senior professional title.The process evaluation and multi-evaluation system were established through two rounds of consultation by the experts.Results The response rate of the two-round consultations by the experts was 100% with the authority coefficients at 0.86 and 0.93 respectively,from the two-round of expert consultation.The mean value of the importance of the primary and secondary indicators was greater than 4.5 points.The top 3 evaluation methods were:nursing ward round in TCM,nursing case writing and reporting in TCM and Mini-CEX.The study was carried out mainly in the second year postgraduate nursing students and majority of the assessors were clinical teachers and supervisors.Conclusions The MNS process evaluation and multi-evaluation system developed in this study for the colleges and universities of TCM is authoritative and reliable.It provides an important reference in the establishment of training programs for the master degree nursing students.
