摘　　要：新农科背景下建设特色鲜明、优势突出的高水平农业大学,教师队伍建设摆在突出位置。本研究以当前地方农业院校教师队伍建设存在的问题为出发点进行分析讨论,围绕新农科建设的标准和要求,从人才引进与支持、青年教师培养、教师评价与激励机制和教师队伍国际化水平四方面提出优化教师队伍建设的具体建议。In the context of new agricultural science,the construction of a high-level agricultural university with distinctive characteristics and outstanding advantages is in a prominent position.Aiming at the construction of teachers,this study analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teachers in agricultural colleges and universities through preliminary investigation,and puts forward countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for optimizing the construction of faculty in agricultural colleges and universities in the context of new agricultural science.
