摘 要:为了克服现有列车牵引传动系统水压传感器诊断方法的不足,提出了一种基于信息融合的水压传感器故障诊断方法。基于牵引传动系统内各水压传感器的时序特性以及各传感器间的数据关联关系,建立能表征其故障状态的残差和时域检测统计量,并利用单边CUSUM算法实现故障有效检测与故障决策,从而实现水压传感器故障的精确诊断。现场故障样本测试结果表明,较传统方法相比,能消除系统因水压传感器故障导致的保护不及时,从而有效提升列车的可靠性。In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing diagnosis methods of water pressure sensor in train traction drive system,a fault diagnosis method of water pressure sensor based on information fusion was proposed.Based on the timing characteristics of the water pressure sensors in the traction drive system and the data association relationship between the sensors,the residual and time domain detection statistics that can characterize the fault state were established,and the unilateral CUSUM algorithm was used to achieve effective fault detection and fault decision-making,so as to realize the accurate fault diagnosis of water pressure sensors.The test results of field fault samples show that,compared with the traditional method,this method can eliminate the untimely protection caused by water pressure sensor fault,so as to effectively improve the reliability of the train.
