知识进化与大学变革——兼论我国“双一流”建设焦点

摘　　要：人类科学知识的发展与特定历史时期的知识形态要求有与之相对应或相匹配的大学组织形式,即相应的知识处理平台和机制。知识的分类与分层是知识积累与创新的必然过程与规律,也是知识专业化与系统化的过程。作为知识最重要的处理机构,大学对知识的探索方式可以视为对知识持续性的分类与分层,以此影响着知识的演进方向与速度。另一方面,知识的分类与分层也在不断催化大学的组织变革以适应知识的探究、保存与传播需要,在这一过程中,知识作为大学的条件,影响大学的发展与分类。大学在处理知识的过程中所付出的“理性”水平或“能力”量度,决定了不同大学在整个高等教育系统中的分工与位次。当下的“双一流”建设过程中,应当遵循知识进化与大学变革的规律,厘清并遵循高深知识与一流大学的内在逻辑关系,平衡行政推动与知识进化和大学发展之间的关系,让不同特色与水平的大学都能在高等教育系统中均衡发展,真正实现“双一流”的政策目标并触发政策增值。The development of human scientific knowledge and the knowledge form in a specific historical period require a corresponding university organization form,which is the platform and mechanism of knowledge processing.The classification and stratification of knowledge is not only the inevitable process of knowledge accumulation and innovation,but also the process of knowledge specialization and systematization.On the one hand,as the most important processing institution of knowledge,the way of knowledge processing in universities is the continuous classification and stratification of knowledge,which affects the direction and speed of knowledge evolution.On the other hand,the classification and stratification of knowledge are also constantly catalyzing the organizational reform of universities to meet the needs of knowledge exploration,preservation and dissemination.In this process,knowledge,as the condition of universities,affects the development and classification of universities.The level of "rationality" or "ability" measurement that universities put into the procedure of processing knowledge determines the division of labor and position of different universities in the overall higher education system.In the current "double first-class" construction process,we should adhere to the principles of knowledge evolution and university reform,clarify and follow the internal logic of advanced knowledge and first-class universities,balance the relationship between administrative promotion,knowledge evolution and university development,develop all kinds of universities with distinctive features in a balanced way,so as to truly achieve the policy goal of "double first-class" and trigger policy-driven value added.
