理工类行业特色院校通识教育课程体系建设现状及优化对策

摘　　要：通识教育对培养学生的人文素养、科学精神、批判性思维和终身学习能力有着不可替代的作用。理工类行业特色院校以特色专业为行业优势,致力于培养行业精英,在人才培养的过程中也需以通识教育为基础。通识教育需借助通识课程才能发挥实效。针对理工类行业特色院校行业通识目标不明晰、缺少面向全校的行业核心课程、行业通识课程比例失衡、课程实施和管理缺乏专业指导等问题,提出落实校本通识目标、增设行业通识核心课、强化通识教育深度、加强课程管理等优化建议。General education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ humanistic quality,scientific spirit,critical thinking and lifelong learning ability.In the effort to take the characteristic specialties as advantages and cultivate more industry elites,the colleges with industrial characteristics of science and engineering also need to take the general education as the basis in the process of talent training.General education needs the help of general education curriculum to give full play to its effectiveness.In view of the problems of unclear objectives of industry general education,lack of core industry courses for the whole university,imbalance of industry general courses proportion,and lack of professional guidance in curriculum implementation and management,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as implementing school-based general objectives,adding more core industry general courses,improving the depth of general education,and strengthening curriculum management.
