摘 要:以长江三角洲南翼的嘉兴市为例,运用层次分析法对城市地质环境因子进行筛选,通过选取评价指标、确定各评价因子的权重值和各类地质环境因子的单要素分值,建立多要素的地质环境承载力评价体系,借助GIS方法开展了基于K-Means聚类的地质环境承载力强度综合评价。结果表明:(1)按地质环境承载力强度综合评价,将嘉兴市宜建设用地分为4个等级。其中:Ⅰ级区地质环境承载力强度较好,面积288.07 km^(2);Ⅱ级区规模最大,面积408.62 km^(2);Ⅲ级区面积207.37 km^(2);Ⅳ级区地质环境承载力强度较差,面积53.61 km^(2)。(2)嘉兴市地质环境承载力条件较好,可供政府决策的适宜扩张建设用地面积为671.96 km^(2)。(3)通过与现行规划相比,可从地质环境承载力强度和土地利用适宜性综合角度为政府管理部门提供更为合理的城市规划优化方案和决策。Taking Jiaxing city as an example,the urban geological environmental factors are screened with the Delphi method through selecting the evaluation indicators,determining the weight values of each evaluation factor and the single element values of various geological environmental factors.A multi-factor evaluation system is established for geological environmental bearing capacity.With GIS,comprehensive evaluation is made of geological environment bearing capacity based on K-Means clustering.The results show that:(1)According to the comprehensive evaluation of geological environment bearing capacity strength,the suitable construction land in Jiaxing is divided into four levels,of which level Ⅰ(288.07 km^(2))has good geological environment bearing capacity strength;level Ⅱ(408.62 km^(2))covers the largest area;level Ⅲ is an area of 207.37 km^(2);level Ⅳ(53.61 km^(2))has poor geological environment bearing capacity and strength.(2)The geological environmental bearing capacity of Jiaxing plain is good in general.Apart from the urban built-up areas,the suitable expansion area available for development is about 671.96 km^(2).(3)Optimized urban planning schemes and policy decisions can be provided to the government management department from the comprehensive perspective of geological environment bearing capacity and land use suitability.
