科教融合重构近化学化工专业物理化学教学内容研究——以过渡态为例

摘  要:针对物理化学教学中较抽象的理论知识点,从诺贝尔奖,经典文献,最新科研成果三个方面科教融合重构课程内容,围绕过渡态理论,介绍超快激光以及最新的分叉势能面理论,使知识点内容具体化、形象化和系统化,从而加深学生对过渡态曲线势能面、马鞍点及活化能等知识点的理解,培养学生科研素质和创新思维。The combination mode of the physical chemistry course teaching and research achievements is benefit to develop students'innovative interest,diverse thinking and scientific research ability.In view of the knowledge points of transition state theory in Physical Chemistry teaching,the course content is constructed from three aspects of Nobel Prize,classic literature and the latest scientific research results.Based on the selected literature teaching examples,ultrafast laser theory and experimental means were used to observe the transition state,as well as the latest bifurcation potential energy surface theory.The transition state is observed by experimental means,which makes the knowledge content specific,visualized and systematic.Through the continuous supplement and improvement of knowledge points by scientific frontier,students'innovative thinking and scientific research quality can be cultivated.
