摘　　要：农民合作社的组织生存空间扩展对合作社成长的影响直接关系到合作社产业减贫的成效。在理论分析的基础上采用案例模型实证方法,选择南疆S县两家参与产业减贫合作社进行典型调查,深入探究合作社生存空间扩展的阶段性差异对合作社减贫效应的影响。结论表明,产业结构调整、经营模式变化等生存空间扩展因素影响合作社组织生存空间扩展,形成合作社生存空间扩展的阶段性变化和由组织行为能力和合作社运作水平构成的组织惯性差异;合作社生存空间扩展带来的组织惯性的差异是不同合作社减贫效应存在差异的根本原因。基于此,应及时进行产业结构调整、经营模式的转换和变革,在促进合作社生存空间扩展的同时,提升合作组织行为能力和合作社运作水平,进而促进合作社的减贫成效。The impact of the expansion of the living space of farmers’ cooperatives on the growth of cooperatives is directly related to the effectiveness of poverty reduction of cooperative industry.On the basis of theoretical analysis,using the case model empirical method,a typical surveys of two participating industrial poverty reduction cooperatives in S county of Southern Xinjiang was made to deeply explore the impact of the stage differences in the expansion of cooperative living space on the poverty reduction effect of cooperatives.The results showed that the factors of living space expansion such as industrial structure adjustment and business model change affect the living space expansion of cooperative organizations,and form the stage change of living space expansion of cooperative organizations and the difference of organizational inertia composed of organizational behavior ability and cooperative operation level;the difference of organizational inertia caused by the expansion of cooperative living space is the fundamental reason for the difference of poverty reduction effect among different cooperatives.Based on this,it is necessary to carry out timely adjustment of industrial structure,transformation and reform of business model,promotion of the expansion of the living space of cooperatives,and promotion of the behavior ability of cooperative organizations and the operation level of cooperatives,so as to promote the effectiveness of poverty reduction of cooperatives.
