摘 要:以没食子酸(GA)改性纳米Fe_(3)O_(4),再与改性壳聚糖(mCTS)复配制备一种新型磁性絮凝剂mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4)),用絮凝法处理农村黑臭水体。考察在不同制备条件下mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))的絮凝效果,并运用响应面法对PAM与mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))的絮凝条件进行优化验证。结果表明,mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))的最佳制备条件为GA用量0.3 g,Fe_(3)O_(4)改性温度60℃,AM用量3 g,引发剂用量0.03 g和聚合温度60℃。根据响应面实验所拟合响应值的分布情况确定mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))的最佳絮凝条件:投加量0.38 g/L、pH 7.42、温度25.2℃,在该条件下浊度、色度和COD的去除率分别为92.0%、84.2%和79.9%,絮凝效果优于PAM。且该絮凝剂在重复利用3次后仍具有一定的絮凝效果,表明mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))在农村黑臭水体治理中有良好的应用前景。The nano Fe_(3)O_(4)was modified by gallic acid(GA)and then was mixed evenly with modified chitosan to synthesize a composite magnetic flocculant mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4)),which was used to flocculate the rural black-odorous water.The flocculation effect of mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))under different synthetic conditions was investigated.Meanwhile,the flocculation conditions of PAM and mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))by response surface method were optimized.Results suggested that the optimized synthetic conditions of mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))were:GA dosage 0.3 g,Fe_(3)O_(4)modified temperature 60℃,AM dosage 3 g,trigger mass 0.03 g and polymerization temperature 60℃.Based on the distribution of response values,the optimum operating conditions were flocculant mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))0.38 g/L,pH 7.42,and temperature 25.2℃.Under this condition,the removal rates of turbidity,color and COD were 92.0%,84.2%and 79.9%,respectively flocculation effect was better than that of PAM.In addition,reused experiments results suggested that the flocculant still had good flocculation effect after reusing three times.This work indicated that the mCTS@(PGA-Fe_(3)O_(4))possessed a good application prospect in the treatment of black-odorous water in future.
