摘  要:牛樟芝是我国台湾地区特有的一种珍稀药用菌,富含活性多糖、萜类化合物等多种活性成分,具有保肝抗炎、抑制肿瘤等药理作用,一度成为我国台湾地区及大陆科研机构和企业的研发热点。通过参阅相关文献,综述牛樟芝菌丝体发酵和子实体驯化栽培等人工培育技术及其主要生理活性物质的研究与利用进展情况;结合笔者自身研发工作实践,提出今后研究和开发利用思路。Antrodia camphorata is a rare medicinal mushroom unique to Taiwan region of China,which is rich of active constituents such as polysaccharides and terpenoids.It has pharmacological effects such as protecting liver,preventing inflammation and inhibiting tumors,and has become a hot spot of research and development in Taiwan and China's Mainland research institutions and enterprises.According to the relevant literature,artificial culture technology of mycelium fermentation and the fruiting body domestication of Antrodia camphorata was summarized.Advances in the research and utilization of major physiologically active substances of Antrodia camphorata were sumed up.Combined with our research work practice,future research and development ideas were proposed.
