摘  要:研究合成湿强剂PAE的最佳条件,探讨湿强剂PAE合成过程中加入熟化促进剂后使湿强剂PA E熟化期的变化情况,研究显示经加入促进剂后的PAE比传统PAE熟化期明显缩短。实验结果表明:在制备预聚体PA时反应温度160℃,二乙烯三胺∶己二酸=1.05∶1,保温3h,合成PAE时反应温度为65℃,反应时间为2 h,预聚体∶环氧氯丙烷=1∶1.3的条件下制得固含量12.5%的PAE湿强性能最优。熟化促进剂的制备中,方法一:采用二乙胺对PAE熟化优于加入三乙胺;方法二:二乙烯三胺∶三乙烯四胺∶二乙胺∶己二酸=1∶1∶1∶1.5时使PAE熟化时间缩短58%。In this paper, the optimum conditions for the synthesis of wet strength agent PAE were studied, and the change of the curing period of wet strength agent PAE after adding the curing accelerator in the synthesis process was discussed. The results showed that the curing period of wet strength agent PAE after adding the curing accelerator was significantly shorter than that of traditional PAE. Experimental results show that In the preparation of prepolymer PA reaction temperature 160□, diethylenetriamine’s ratio to adipic acid being 1.05 to 1, temperature holding for 3 h, PAE synthesis reaction temperature 65□, reaction time 2 h, prepolymer’s ratio to epichlorohydrin being 1 to 1.3, the wet strength of 12.5% PAE is the best. In the preparation of curing accelerator, method 1, diethylamine is better than adding triethylamine to the curing of PAE. Method 2, diethylenediamine, triethylamine, diethylamine’s ratio to adipic acid equaling to 1:1:1:1.5, PAE curing time was shortened by 58%.
