摘  要:目的基于我校临床医学本科毕业专业考核理论考试改革,探讨临床医学专业本科教育教学改革方向。方法选取我校2012~2015级临床医学专业本科毕业考核专业理论考试成绩,2012级和2013级学生为传统笔试考试组,2014级和2015级利用医视考试系统进行网络在线考试,为机考组。就两组学生的考试成绩,分析学生对知识结构的掌握情况,评价学生学习效果。结果机考组的成绩显著低于笔试组,从机考组学生的对知识的掌握情况来看,呼吸系统、运动系统和消化系统相关知识的得分率较高,而血液系统、儿科学等知识的得分率较低。学生在理解和应用型题的得分率低于记忆型题,临床知识整合能力和临床思维能力有待提高。结论为提高我校临床实践教学质量,可以积极探索多维度实践与创新能力培养模式,优化教育教学方法,加强师资队伍建设。Objective By conducting the results of professional theory test of undergraduate assessment of clinical medicine,this study aimed to discuss a practical clinical teaching strategy.Methods Students rolled in 2012,2013,2014 and 2015 were selected as the objects.Results were compared between the 2012~2013 group used traditional paper-based test,and the 2014~2015 group used online medical examination system.Results There were higher correct rates in respiratory system,motor system and digestive system,but poor in blood system and pediatrics.Students scored higher on memory-based questions than on comprehension and application questions,suggesting the ability of clinical knowledge integration and clinical thinking was need to be improved.Conclusion Reform in teaching pattern of clinical practice,teaching methods,and the construction and training of qualified teachers should be implemented,to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
