摘 要:就业是最大的民生,如何有效解决毕业生就业问题是高校教管工作的重中之重。高校就业工作的转型应顺应时代发展的趋势,通过立足切入点、找准着力点,切实保障工作提质增效,提高大学生就业质量。以“精准”为基本目标构建精准就业服务体系,依托对接智慧信息平台、精细保障体系、针对性帮扶措施,提供精准就业指导与监测、后期持续服务,促进毕业生高质量、充分就业。本文基于精准就业服务体系的科学内涵、基本特征,重点对高校毕业生就业率的优化举措展开探索,以期为相关研究提供参考依据。Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people, and how to effectively solve the problem of graduate employment is the top priority of college education and management. The transformation of employment in colleges and universities should conform to the trend of the development of the times,and ensure that the quality and efficiency of the work is improved and the quality of employment for college students should be improved by basing on the breakthrough point and identifying the focus point.The establishment of a precise employment service system takes “precision” as the basic goal, and relies on the docking of smart information platforms, fine security systems, and targeted assistance measures to provide precise employment guidance and monitoring, and subsequent continuous services to promote high quality and full employment of graduates. Based on the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of the precision employment service system, this article focuses on exploring the optimization measures of the employment rate of college graduates, hoping to provide a reference for related research.
