国内外企业金融化研究态势——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

摘　　要：基于SSCI和CSSCI期刊的402篇文献,运用文献计量理论和CiteSpace软件,揭示国内外企业金融化研究态势。研究表明:国内外文献发文量均有上升趋势,跨学科研究逐渐加强,尚未形成核心研究团体;国外研究占据重要地位,国内研究缺乏国际影响力;企业金融化研究的理论基础主要有传统经济学理论和同群效应理论、异质性企业理论和金融监管理论;围绕着企业金融化问题,国内外研究热点为公司治理、股东价值、金融风险、全球化、经济效果、审计规范及经济政策,经历萌芽期、成长期、繁荣期三个阶段,但研究的时间跨度和内容存在差异性;企业金融化适度性与治理、企业金融化与其他学科的结合、企业金融化和全球化的关系等将成为未来的研究方向。Based on 402 papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals,this paper uses bibliometric theory and CiteSpace software to reveal the research trend of enterprise financialization at home and abroad.The research finds that:the number of papers published at home and abroad shows an upward trend,interdisciplinary research is gradually strengthened,and a core research group has not yet been formed.Foreign research occupies an important position,while domestic research lacks international influence.The theoretical basis of enterprise financialization research mainly includes traditional economic theory,group effect theory,heterogeneous enterprise theory and financial supervision theory.Around the problem of enterprise financialization,the research hotspots at home and abroad are corporate governance,shareholder value,financial risk,globalization,economic effect,audit norms and economic policies.The research on enterprise financialization at home and abroad has experienced three stages:embryonic stage,growth stage and prosperity stage,but the time span and content of the research are different.The moderation and governance of enterprise financialization,the combination of enterprise financialization and other disciplines,and the relationship between enterprise financialization and globalization will become the research direction in the future.
