摘 要:食用菌产业依托贵州省独特的地理环境优势和政策优势,近年来得到大力发展,在助力脱贫攻坚,带动农户增收方面取得显著成效。基于SCP范式,对贵州省食用菌产业的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效三个方面进行分析,发现贵州省食用菌产业缺乏精深加工技术、产品差异化低、产业区“大聚集小分散”,尚未形成规模化集群等问题。在此基础上,提出促进贵州省食用菌产业发展的三点建议:强化科技保障,加强人才队伍建设;引进深加工技术,促进产业融合发展;保障制度供给,强化政策扶持。Relying on the unique geographical environment and policy advantages of Guizhou Province,the edible fungus industry has been vigorously developed in recent years,and has achieved remarkable results in helping poverty alleviation and increasing farmers’income.Based on the SCP paradigm,this paper analyzes the market structure,market behavior and market performance of the edible mushroom industry in Guizhou Province.It is found that the edible mushroom industry in Guizhou Province lacks deep processing technology,low product differentiation,and industrial areas with“large clusters and small clusters”.Decentralization,and has not yet formed a large-scale cluster and other issues.Finally,on this basis,three suggestions for promoting the development of the edible fungus industry in Guizhou Province are put forward:strengthening scientific and technological guarantees and strengthening the construction of talent teams;introducing deep processing technology to promote the development of industrial integration;ensuring system supply and strengthening policy support.
