摘 要:苦丁茶是我国传统药食两用天然植物,具有重要的药用和保健价值。大叶苦丁茶即冬青科苦丁茶是接受度最高、流通最广的苦丁茶。大叶苦丁茶富含多酚、多糖等多种生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、预防高脂血症、护肝以及保护心脏等多种作用。相比茶多糖和大叶苦丁茶多酚,目前,围绕大叶苦丁茶多糖的研究报道较少,值得对其进行深入研究。文章系统回顾了大叶苦丁茶多糖的相关报道,并对其提取、分离纯化、结构表征以及生物活性等方面研究进行综述。目前,热水浸提-乙醇沉淀是提取大叶苦丁茶多糖最主要的方法,阴离子交换层析配合乙醇分级沉淀和凝胶层析的方法是常用的大叶苦丁茶多糖纯化方式。大叶苦丁茶多糖由阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖醛酸、鼠李糖等单糖组成,具有抗氧化、抑菌、降血糖、免疫调节、肝保护等功能活性。文章对大叶苦丁茶多糖的应用及潜在价值也进行了展望,为大叶苦丁茶多糖的研究、开发、利用提供参考。Kudingcha is a Chinese traditional medicinal and edible natural plant with important medicinal and health value.Kudingcha made from Ilex plants,namely large leaf Kudingcha,is the most widely accepted and consumed Kudingcha variety.Large leaf Kudingcha is rich in various bioactive components,such as polyphenols and polysaccharides,and it has diverse biological functions,including antioxidant activity,prevention of hyperlipidemia,protection of liver and heart.Compared to tea polysaccharides and large leaf Kudingcha phenolics,the research about large leaf Kudingcha polysaccharides is scarce up to now,and it is worthy of further investigation.This manuscript systematically analyzed the publication about large leaf Kudingcha polysaccharides,and reviewed its extraction,isolation and purification,structure characterization,and biological activities.Hot water extraction-ethanol precipitation was the main method for extracting large leaf polysaccharides,and they were mostly purified by anion-exchange chromatography coupled ethanol fractional precipitation and gel chromatography.Large leaf Kudingcha polysaccharides were composed of arabinose,galactose,glucose,galacturonic acid,rhamnose,etc.,and had antioxidant,antibacterial,immune regulating and liver protecting activities.This paper provided the consulting and guideline for further research,development and utilization of large leaf Kudingcha polysaccharides.
