摘　　要：社会对于人才的需求越来越多样化和精细化,高校肩负着复合型人才尤其是创新型人才、应用型人才培养重任,为保证人才输出质量,高校在新时代发展下,将培养大学生的创新意识和实践能力以及服务意识纳入到人才培养计划中,协同大学生社团,共同发挥高校“三全育人”的作用,目的在于培养综合型、全面型人才。基于此,本文就大学生社团服务新农村建设的必要性进行阐述,分析大学生社团服务新农村建设路径。The social demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified and refined.Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating compound talents,especially innovative talents and applied talents.In order to ensure the quality of talent output,colleges and universities,under the development of the new era,integrate the cultivation of College Students’ innovation consciousness,practical ability and service consciousness into the talent training plan,and cooperate with college students’ associations,The purpose of giving full play to the role of "three complete education" in Colleges and universities is to cultivate comprehensive and comprehensive talents.Based on this,this paper expounds the necessity of College Students’ Associations Serving the new rural construction,and analyzes the path of College Students’ Associations Serving the new rural construction.
