转型地方高校“四维协同教学”研究及其实践机理--以转型地方师院为例

摘  要:地方高校转向应用型高校后的教学质量提升困难,问题在于对教学内涵理解机械、缺乏关照本土化教学实践的理论,继而导致教学实践维度单一,着力不当问题。从探究教学学术内涵入手,项目组借鉴协同知识创新理论框架,分析转型地方高校教学,发现存在校地合作、师生互动、实践生成的“四维协同”实践机理。通过试验教授的顶层教改设计,演绎出中层教学理论,再由地方专业技术人员和实习生内化为教学行为策略,形成“理-实”一体化教学理论的演绎创新机理。在实践层教学经验基础上,也可反过来形成由“术”到“学”协同的归纳创新机理。其走向实践的机理是借助地方高校转型政策支持,运用“四维协同”创新的教学理论,形成走向实践的激励机制;再利用院内教学、院外实习、项目试验教学,形成“四维协同”应用型教学落地实践机制,以此全面提升转型地方高校的教学和服务质量。After the function shifted from theoretical to applied,the problem to improving the quality of teaching in local colleges and universities lies in theissue of understanding teaching connotationfixedly and the lack of theories that take care of localized teaching practice,which in turn leads to a single dimension of teaching practice and improper efforts.Starting from exploring the academic connotation of teaching,the project team analyzed the teaching framework of local universities with reference to the collaborative knowledge innovation theory framework and found that there is a"four-dimensional"collaborative practice mechanism of school-ground cooperation,teacher-student interaction,and practice generation.Through the top-level teaching reform design by the experimental professor,the middle-level teaching theory is deduced,and then the local professional technicians and interns are internalized into teaching behavior strategies to form a deductive and innovative mechanism of"reason-practice"integrated teaching theory.At the practical level,on the basis of summing up teaching experience,it is also possible to form an inductive innovation mechanism coupling from"operation"to"learning".The mechanism of its practice is:through the support of the transformation policies of local colleges and universities,the innovative teaching theory of"four-dimensional collaboration"is applied,and the incentive mechanism towards practice is formed.Meanwhile a series of practices are launched,including on-campus teaching,off-campus internships,and project experiment teaching in local colleges and universities,to form a"four-dimensionalcollaboration"application-oriented teaching practice mechanism,so as to comprehensively improve the teaching and service quality of local colleges in transition.
