摘 要:城市轨道交通车辆段物业开发是大中城市开发“新型土地资源”的重大举措,其建设规模不断扩大,由此带来的环境振动噪声问题逐年凸显,车辆段内轮轨振动与摩擦、钢轨接头及道岔有害空间处的轮轨冲击是振动噪声的主要来源。针对此,基于面向振源的上盖开发车辆段无缝化减振降噪技术理念,研发城市轨道交通50 kg/m钢轨7号可动心轨辙叉道岔,并对试验段进行轨道结构和环境振动噪声对比测试和仿真分析。研究表明:(1)可动心轨道岔消除有害空间,有效降低心轨处轮轨冲击受力,相较于固定型道岔,减振降噪效果明显,随着行车速度的提高,效果进一步增加;(2)车辆通过道岔直股,速度最大为25 km/h时,地面源强处(距岔线中心线7.5 m)减振3.58 dB,轨旁噪声降低4.63 dB(A),环境噪声(距岔线中心线水平距离7.5 m、距轨顶面3.5 m)降低5.63 dB(A);车辆通过道岔曲股,速度最大为25 km/h时,地面源强处减振3.70 dB,轨旁噪声降低4.75 dB(A),环境噪声降低5.87 dB(A)。The property development of urban rail transit depot has become a significant measure to develop “new land resources” in major cities. With the continuous expansion of the construction scale, the environmental vibration and noise problems have become serious during past few years. Vibration and friction between the wheel-rail, rail joint and the wheel-rail impact of the gap of the frog area of the turnout are the main sources of vibration and noise, which need to be controlled and resolved fundamentally from the source. The research put forward the technology of CWR for vibration and noise reduction for the depot, with the concept of solving the vibration source. Domestic and abroad research and development of the 50 kg/m rail No.7 turnout with movable frog was developed for the first time. In order to research the effect of vibration and noise reduction on the turnout with movable-point frog, this paper conducted the comparison test and simulation analysis of the track structure and environmental vibration and noise in the test section. The results of research show that:(1)The turnout eliminates the gap in the frog and effectively reduces the wheel-rail impact at the point rail. Compared with the fixed turnout, the effect of vibration and noise reduction is obvious. With the increase of driving speed, the effect is further increased;(2)When the vehicle passes the straight track of the turnout and the maximum speed is 25 km/h, the vibration reduction at the ground source intensity(7.5 meters away from the center line of the turnout) is 3.58 dB, the trackside noise reduces 4.63 dB(A), and the environmental noise(7.5 meters away from the center line of the turnout and 3.5 meters away from the top of the rail) reduces 5.63 dB(A). When the vehicle passes the bend of the turnout and the maximum speed is 25 km/h, the vibration reduction at the ground source intensity is 3.70 dB, the trackside noise reduces 4.75 dB(A), and the environmental noise reduces 5.87 dB(A).
