眼压高低与近视屈光度数的关系

摘  要:目的:分析患儿眼压高低与近视屈光度数的关系。方法:选择样本医院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的86例近视患儿。根据眼压高低分成低眼压组28例(10mmHg~15mmHg)、中眼压组30例(15mmHg~21mmHg)和高眼压组28例(21mmHg~30mmHg)。检测眼压、屈光度数、角膜厚度和角膜曲率,分析眼压与近视屈光度数的关系。结果:低眼压组、中眼压组和高眼压组患儿眼压、屈光度数比较,差异有统计学意义(F=18.957,23.996,P<0.05)。三组患儿角膜厚度比较,差异有统计学意义(F=24.519,P<0.05),角膜曲率比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.715,P>0.05)。眼压高低与近视屈光度数有相关性,其中眼压高与屈光度呈负相关。结论:高眼压患儿视力水平和近视屈光度数较低,对高眼压患儿应给予足够重视,降低眼压有利于预防近视眼发生和发展。Objective:To investigate the relationship between intraocular pressure and myopia diopter.Methods:86 cases of myopia in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and were divided into three groups according to low intraocu-lar pressure group(10-15 mmHg,n=28),medium intraocular pressure group(15-21mmHg,n=28)and high intraocular pressure group(21-30 mmHg,n=28).Intraocular pressure,diopter,corneal thickness and corneal curvature were measured,then the relation-ship between intraocular pressure and myopia diopter was analyzed.Results:There was statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure and refractive power among children in the low intraocular pressure group,medium intraocular pressure group and high intraocular pressure group(F=18.957,23.996,P<0.05).The difference in corneal thickness between the three groups of chil-dren was statistically significant(F=24.519,P<0.05).The difference in membrane curvature was not statistically significant(F=0.715,P>0.05).Conclusion:Children with high intraocular pressure have low visual acuity and myopia refractive power.Suffi-cient attention should be paid to children with high intraocular pressure.Lowering intraocular pressure is beneficial to prevent the occurrence and development of myopia.
