摘　　要：探讨原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PHPT)引起的无晚期骨代谢病变临床表现的肋骨棕色瘤(RBT)分析诊断要点和治疗方案,以提高临床医生对该类疾病的认识。回顾性分析1例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症并发肋骨棕色瘤的临床资料,采用实验室检查、影像学检查、甲状腺核素显像、术后病理确诊,对该患者的检查结果及诊疗过程进行分析总结,并进行相关文献的复习。To explore the rib brown tumor(RBT)caused by primary hyperparathyroidism(PHPT)without clinical manifesta-tions of advanced bone metabolic disease.Diagnosis points and treatment plans were analyzed to improve clinicians’awareness of this type of disease.The clinical data of a case of primary hyperparathyroidism with brown tumor of the ribs was analyzed retrospec-tively.Laboratory examinations,imaging examinations,thyroid radionuclide imaging and postoperative pathology were used to con-firm the diagnosis.The patient's examination results and diagnosis and treatment process were analyzed and summarized,and rele-vant literature was reviewed.
