摘 要:目的探究微课(microlecture)与基于案例学习(case study based learning,CBL)相结合在肺功能见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择60名于内蒙古医科大学附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科见习学生,随机分为试验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),分别采用微课结合基于案例学习教学法和传统教学方法;通过随堂测验(占成绩的40%)和课程结束后的考试(占成绩的60%)评估理论学习情况,通过对案例的分析以及具体操作评估实践能力;向学生分发调查问卷,分析每位学生对两种教育方法的评价;通过分析各项成绩和问卷调查结果评价教学效果。结果试验组见习生的测试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。学生对微课结合基于案例学习教学模式的评价明显优于传统的授课方式。结论微课结合基于案例学习教学模式肺功能见习教学中的应用可以提高学习成绩,有助于学生理解和掌握知识点。提高学生的学习兴趣和独立思考能力。微课结合CBL教学模式,为教学提供了新的经验。Objective To explore the effect of the combination of micro-class and case study based learning(CBL)of pulmonary function in internship teaching.Methods 60 students majoring in clinical medicine of were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).These students were enrolled in the pulmonary function examination room of respiratory department of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university.In the process,theoretical learning was evaluated through in-class tests(accounting for 40%of the total score)and post-course exams(accounting for 60%of the total score).Practical ability was evaluated through analysis of real cases and specific operations.In addition,questionnaires were distributed to each student to analyze the students’evaluation of the two educational methods.Finally,the teaching effect is evaluated by analyzing the scores and questionnaire survey results.Results The results of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The results of the questionnaire show that students’evaluation of micro-class combined with CBL teaching mode is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode,and the new education mode has a good acceptance.Conclusion The application of microclass combined with CBL teaching mode in pulmonary function internship teaching can significantly improve the academic performance and help students to understand and master knowledge.It can improve students’learning interest,independent thinking ability,clinical application of knowledge.The teaching mode of combining CBL and micro-class provides experience for teaching practice.
