摘 要:目的探讨将“收缩圈结合三级线索”思维法引入神经内科教学的可行性和应用效果。方法将2020年7月—2021年6月神经内科规培医生随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),对照组采用传统CBL结合PBL的教学法,观察组在CBL教学法的基础上引入“收缩圈结合三级线索”思维法进行教学。两组在完成教学后利用OSCE评价教学效果。结果观察组在体格检查、辅助检查及影像学判读、病历书写及病例分析、基本技能操作方面成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);在教学模式认可度方面,观察组在提高学习效率、激发学习兴趣、加深知识理解、提高观察处理问题能力方面评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统教学,利用“收缩圈结合三级线索”思维法进行神经内科教学能显著提高学生的临床实践能力和临床思维能力。Objective To explore the feasibility and application effect of“contraction circle combined with three-level clues”thinking in clinical teaching of department of neurology.Methods Doctors from July 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The control group adopted the traditional CBL combined with PBL teaching method,and the experimental group introduced the thinking method of“contraction circle combined with three-level clues”on the basis of CBL teaching method.After completing the teaching,the two groups used OSCE to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of the experimental group in physical examination,auxiliary examination and imaging interpretation,medical record writing and case analysis,and basic skills operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of recognition of teaching mode,the experimental group was higher than the control group in improving learning efficiency,stimulating learning interest,deepening knowledge understanding,and improving the ability of observing and handling problems(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional CBL+PBL teaching,“contraction circle combined with three-level clues”thinking can significantly improve students’clinical practice ability and clinical thinking ability.
