摘  要:在临床免疫学检验实习教学中,学生要系统地掌握临床免疫学检验的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,还要具备分析解决问题的能力。老师在临床免疫学检验实习带教带学活动过程中,不仅需要了解学生的知识结构背景、兴趣点和动手能力,还需明确培养目标以及学生出科时需要掌握的知识及技能。如何让实习生在较短的时间内掌握免疫学检验的要点,给临床免疫学检验的教学带来了很大的挑战。实习教学中可通过重视岗前培训,规范临床操作,加强理论学习,增强生物安全意识,培养良好的临床沟通能力,树立全面质量控制体系观等方面,让学习生在较短时间内形成免疫学检验思维模式和工作习惯,为以后工作打下坚实基础。In clinical immunology testing practice teaching,students are required to systematically master the basic theories,basic knowledge and basic skills of clinical immunology testing,as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.In the course of clinical immunoassay practice teaching and learning activities,teachers not only need to understand the students’knowledge structure,background,points of interest and practical ability,but also need to clarify the training goals and the knowledge and skills that students need to master when they leave the department.How to enable interns to master the main points of immunological testing in a relatively short time has brought great challenges to the teaching of clinical immunological testing.In practice teaching,students can form immunological tests in a relatively short time by paying attention to pre-job training,standardizing clinical operations,strengthening theoretical learning,enhancing biosafety awareness,cultivating good clinical communication skills,and establishing a comprehensive quality control system view.Thinking mode and work habits lay a solid foundation for future work..
