摘  要:研究了口腔正畸间接粘接中瓷修复体与托槽粘接强度受到粘接处理方式和粘结剂的影响及其临床应用效果。粘接处理方式分为陶瓷偶联剂+氢氟酸酸蚀+喷砂组(A组)、氢氟酸酸蚀+喷砂组(B组)和陶瓷偶联剂+喷砂组(C组):选定4种粘结剂:Ormco光固化型、3M化学固化型、西湖化学固化型、京津化学固化型粘结剂,每组按照4种材料各粘接烤瓷试件16个。统计分析3个组抗剪切强度、粘结剂残留情况。结果表明:A、B组Ormco光固化型、3M化学固化型、西湖化学固化型和京津化学固化型粘结剂的抗剪切强度均高于C组(P<0.05);A、B和C组粘结剂总残留率逐渐降低(P<0.05)。其中A组Ormco光固化型、3M化学固化型、西湖化学固化型粘结剂残留率均低于B、C组(P<0.05),京津化学固化型粘结剂残留率低于C组(P<0.05)。说明间接粘接中瓷修复体托槽粘接强度受到粘结剂材料和粘接处理方式的直接影响,采用Ormco光固化型粘结剂,并结合表面打磨、氢氟酸酸蚀等表面处理方法更能提升瓷修复体托槽粘接强度,临床应用结果显示这种瓷修复体托槽粘接方法的有效性。This paper studies the effect of bonding treatment and adhesive on the bonding strength between ceramic restoration and bracket in indirect orthodontic bonding and its clinical application effect.According to the bonding dealing method,they were divided into ceramic coupling agent+hydrofluoric acid etching+sandblasting group(group A),hydrofluoric acid etching+sand blasting group(group B),ceramic coupling agent+sand blasting group(group C)three groups,each bonding with 16 porcelain specimens according to 4 materials.The shear strength and adhesive residue of the three groups were statistically analyzed.Group A,B s Ormco light curing type,3M chemical curing type,Xihu chemical curing type,Jingjin chemical curing type adhesives have higher shear strength than group C(P<0.05).The total residual rate of adhesives in groups A,B,and C gradually decreased(P<0.05).The residual rates of 3M light-curing,3M chemical curing,and West Lake chemical curing adhesives in group A were all lower than those of group B.In group C(P<0.05),the residual rate of Beijing-Tianjin chemical curing adhesive was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).It is concluded that in indirect bonding,the bonding strength of ceramic restoration brackets is directly affected by adhesive materials and bonding treatment methods.The use of Ormco light curing adhesive combined with surface grinding,hydrofluoric acid etching and other surface treatment methods can better improve the bonding strength of ceramic restoration brackets.The clinical application results can prove the effectiveness of this method.
