摘  要:目的构建符合深化医疗卫生体制改革要求的三级甲等公立医院药学教学案例资源库。方法成立案例编写小组,负责案例的搜集、整理和编写。根据药学硕士专业学位案例编写规范完成案例编写,经案例修改、审核和筛选,确定入组案例,最终完成案例资源库的构建。结果入选了文献典型案例34例,入选首都医科大学某附属医院药事部2021-01-01—2021-08-31各项工作的高频药品、工作实例等116例,完成案例资源库的构建。结论构建了三级甲等公立医院药学教学案例资源库,为培养合格医院药师提供案例基础。Objective To construct a teaching case resource library for pharmacy teaching,which meets the needs from the new health care-oriented reformation in tertiary A-level public hospital.Methods A case compiling group was organized to collect,sort and retrieve cases.The case compilation was completed according to the specification for the preparation of professional cases for Master candidates of Pharmacy degree.After case modification,review and screening,the cases were chosen to be included in the group and finally to create a case resource database.Results Totally 34 typical cases in literature and 109 high-frequency drug and administration examples from pharmacy department,a certain hospital,Capital medical university from January 1st to August 31,2021 were selected to build the database.Conclusions The case resource library for pharmacy training in tertiary A-level public hospital was constructed which may effectively support the training of qualified clinical pharmacists.
