高校思想政治教育方法创新摭探--以渗透式灌输教育为视角

摘　　要：新时代思想政治教育的对象特点和环境都发生了明显变化。灌输式教育和渗透式教育是两种传统的思政教育方法,渗透式灌输教育则是这两种方法的融合,其在高校思政教育实践中仍然具有实效性。文章针对当前高校思政教育面临的新问题,以渗透式灌输教育为视角,提出通过理论创新丰富思政教育内容、加强教师政治素养与师德师风建设、通过校园文化建设营造育人环境、充分运用现代网络教育技术等创新思路,以丰富高校思想政治教育方式,增强教育实效。The object characteristics and environment of ideological and political education in the new era have changed significantly.Instillation education and infiltration,education are two traditional ideological and political education methods,and infiltration instillation education is the integration of the two methods,which is still effective in the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Aiming at the new problems faced by the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,from the perspective of infiltration indoctrination education,this paper puts forward some innovative ideas,such as enriching the content of ideological and political education through theoretical innovation,strengthening the construction of teachers'political literacy and ethics,creating an educational environment through the construction of campus culture,and making full use of modem network education technology,so as to enrich the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,enhance the effectiveness of education.
