摘  要:立式水泵机组因为其安装方式特殊而产生的机组振动故障种类繁多,影响其稳定运行。在水泵机组安装、运行、检修时,机组的运行稳定将直接影响调水工程的运行。为此,文章在研究立式泵机组振动原因现场测试与故障分析中,主要通过振动信号采集处理系统,设计一套大中型立式泵机组某一类振动信号的检测装置,对开机过程和正常运行时水泵机组上、下机架振动以及摆度进行测试。分析数据所获得的信息,以便确定故障的原因,从而提出相应的改善措施,为机组的稳定运行提供可参考的保障。There are many kinds of vibration faults caused by the special installation mode of vertical water pump unit,which affect its stable operation. During the installation, operation and maintenance of the water pump unit, the operation stability of the unit will directly affect the operation of the water transfer project. For this reason, in the study of the vibration cause test and fault analysis of the vertical pump unit, this paper mainly designs a set of testing device for a certain kind of vibration signal of the large and medium-sized vertical pump unit through the vibration signal acquisition and processing system. The vibration and swing of the upper and lower frame of the pump unit are tested during the start-up process and normal operation. The information obtained from the data is analyzed in order to determine the cause of the fault and put forward the corresponding improvement measures to provide a reference guarantee for the stable operation of the unit.
