摘 要:目的:通过研究桂花籽脂肪酸成分、氨基酸、矿物质元素含量,为桂花籽资源利用开发提供理论依据。方法:以八月桂桂花籽为实验材料,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析桂花籽脂肪酸成分、凯氏定氮分析蛋白质含量及氨基酸自动分析仪快速分析16种氨基酸含量、电感耦合原子发射光谱仪分析6种微量元素含量。结果:桂花籽中脂肪酸主要成分油酸(5.91%),亚油酸(29.3%),棕榈酸(20.47%),桂花籽粗蛋白含量为22.9%,氨基酸总量6.49 g/100 g,其中必需氨基酸含量2.63 g/100 g,非必需氨基酸3.86 g/100 g,桂花籽中矿物质含量比较Ca>Mg>Zn>Cu>Mn>Fe。结论:根据八月桂桂花籽脂肪酸成分、氨基酸种类及矿物质元素含量,可以综合开发化妆品、保健品、植物油及植物蛋白性饲料。Objective:To provide theoretical basis for the utilization and development of Osmanthus fragrans seed resources by studying the contents of fatty acids,amino acids and mineral elements in O.fragrans seed.Methods:Using O.fragrans seeds as experimental materials,the fatty acid components of O.fragrans seeds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the protein content was analyzed by Kjeldahl′s nitrogen determination,the content of 16 amino acids was quickly analyzed by amino acid automatic analyzer,and the content of 6 trace elements was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma.Results:The main fatty acids in O.fragrans seeds were oleic acid(5.91%),linoleic acid(29.3%)and palmitic acid(20.47%),the crude protein content of O.fragranss seed was 22.9%,and the total amount of amino acids was 6.49 g/100 g,including essential amino acids of 2.63 g/100 g and non essential amino acids of 3.86 g/100 g,comparison of mineral content in O.fragrans seeds CA>Mg>Zn>Cu>Mn>Fe.Conclusion:According to the fatty acid composition,amino acid species and mineral element content of O.fragrans seeds,cosmetics,health products,vegetable oil and vegetable protein feed can be developed comprehensively.
