摘  要:文章针对某型数字化改造后的自动舵出现分罗经航向误差大的问题,在充分分析接收/发送同步系统信号流程的基础上,指出了该型数字化改造后的自动舵接收/发送分罗经数字航向与传统模拟航向的异同,然后逐步缩小排查范围,精确定位了故障点,及时排除了该型自动舵接收分罗经航向的软性故障。This paper aims to address the large error in the compass repeater course of a type of autopilot after digital transformation.On the basis of fully analyzing the signal flow of the receiving–transmitting synchronization system,the paper points out the similarities and differences between the digital course of receiving–transmitting compass repeater of the digitized autopilot and its traditional analog course.The investigation scope is gradually narrowed down,and the fault points are accurately located.As a result,the soft fault of the autopilot in receiving the compass repeater course is eliminated in time.
