摘  要:随着社会发展的不断变化,信息技术在当代社会中已经变得越来越重要,在教育领域也得到了广泛的应用和深层次的影响。在高等教育信息化的整体背景下,高职教师需要自身有一定的信息技术能力,以面对社会带来的冲击和挑战。面对信息流的冲击,教师需要不断增强自己的信息意识,增加信息知识储备;培养自己信息运用能力。面对这些挑战和问题,高校需要加强教师信息道德教育,做好信息环境建设,以确保教师的信息安全意识得到保证,并就教育信息化背景下高职教师的培养信息素养实现路径提出建议。With the continuous changes in social development,information technology has become more and more important in contemporary society,and has been widely used and deeply influenced in the field of education.Under the overall background of higher education informatization,higher vocational teachers need to have certain information technology ability to face the impact and challenges brought by the society.Facing the impact of information flow,teachers need to constantly enhance their information awareness and increase the reserve of information knowledge,cultivating their ability to use information.Facing these challenges and problems,colleges and universities need to strengthen teachers’information ethics education and do a good job in the construction of information environment,so as to ensure that teachers’awareness of information security is guaranteed.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the realization path of cultivating information literacy of higher vocational teachers under the background of educational informatization.
