摘 要:以圆盘锯石机头作为主要研究对象,将力矩电动机直驱技术应用于圆盘锯石机头,替代传统皮带减速机传动方案,形成紧凑型单元式圆盘锯石机头,具备可扩展性,可将其应用到多种锯石机中,以进一步缩小体积。采用直驱技术和角度测量编码器,可实现锯片回转轴系高速运动、低磨损。由于编码器的配合锯片转角可以精确控制,可实现圆盘锯片磨损在线监测功能。文中提出直驱圆盘锯石机头适合使用的工程机械产品,该项研究为锯石机结构设计及性能提升提供了新思路。Taking the circular stone saw head as the main research object,the motor direct drive technology is applied to the circular stone saw head to replace the transmission scheme of the traditional belt reducer to form a compact unit circular stone saw head,which has scalability and can be applied to a variety of stone saws to further reduce the volume.By using the direct drive technology and the angle measurement encoder,the high-speed movement and low wear of the saw blade rotating shaft system can be realized.Due to the cooperation of the encoder,the saw blade angle can be accurately controlled,and the on-line wear monitoring function of the original disc saw blade can be realized.A suitable construction machinery product for direct drive disc stone saw head is proposed.This research provides a new idea for the structural design and performance improvement of stone saw.
