基于案例推理的地铁投资估算指标确定方法

摘　　要：投资估算既是项目投资决策的重要依据,也是后续设计阶段投资额度的限制条件,因此准确确定投资估算指标的意义重大。基于目前地铁造价数据共享率低、投资估算参考数据少且主观性强的现状,文章建议构建共享数据库,并利用基于案例推理的方法确定投资估算指标,减少地铁投资估算编制过程中的主观性,提升地铁投资估算编制的准确度。Investment estimation is not only an important basis for the project investment decision,but also a limiting condition in subsequent design stage,which therefore,is significant to accurately determine the index of investment estimation.Based on the current situation of low sharing rate of subway cost data,few reference data of investment estimation and strong subjectivity.This paper suggests to build a shared database,using CBR method to determine investment estimation indexes,so as to reduce the subjectivity and improve the accuracy of Metro investment estimation.
