摘　　要：课堂教学“激励语”是教师课堂话语体系中的重要组成部分,对教学具有重要价值。文章主要从“激励语”的实用价值和审美价值出发,以分析“激励语”语言结构为抓手,对小学语文课堂教学中出现的“激励语”进行反思,并提出“激励语”有效表达的策略,旨在为小学语文课堂“激励语”的有效使用提供参考。“Encouraging words”in classroom teaching is an important part of the teachers’classroom discourse system,which is of great value to teaching.This paper mainly starts from the practical value and the aesthetic value of“encouraging words”,analyzes the language structure of“encouraging words”,reflects on the“encouraging words”in primary school Chinese classroom teaching,and puts forward the effective expression strategy of“encouraging words”,so as to provide reference for the effective use of“encouraging words”in primary school Chinese classroom teaching.
