摘  要:番茄红素是一种天然类胡萝卜素,存在于饮食中对于人体健康具有诸多益处。番茄红素因具有抗氧化、防治神经系统疾病、抗肿瘤、预防心脑血管疾病和防治骨质疏松等多重保健功效,成为医药保健品领域的研究热点,相关功效机制探索成果不断更新。本文综述了最新有关番茄红素保健功能的研究进展,以期为新型药物及保健品的开发和应用提供依据。Lycopene is a kind of natural carotenoid, which exists in the diet and has many benefits for human health.lycopene has multiple pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases,anti-tumor, prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, etc. It has become a research hotspot in the field of medical and health products, and the exploration results of related efficacy and mechanism are constantly updated. In this paper, the latest research progress on the pharmacological function of lycopene was reviewed in order to provide the basis for the development and application of new medicines and health products.
