摘 要:随着经济的快速发展,人们对冷链食品的需求愈加旺盛,食品冷链物流在快速发展的同时也存在着诸多仍需改进的问题。本文基于疫情防控常态化的时代背景,结合冷链食品特性剖析现阶段食品冷链物流的行业特点,采用模糊层次分析法对食品冷链物流的影响因素进行定量分析、取得权重较大的因素,并在此基础上提出优化策略,以期为疫情防控以及未来食品冷链物流的健康持续发展提供行之有效的建议与参考。With the rapid development of the economy, people’s demand for cold chain food is becoming stronger.While food cold chain logistics is developing rapidly, there are still many problems that need to be improved. Based on the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, this paper analyzes the industry characteristics of food cold chain logistics at this stage in combination with the characteristics of cold chain food, and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of food cold chain logistics. On this basis, optimization strategies are proposed, in order to provide effective suggestions and references for the healthy and sustainable development of food cold chain logistics during the epidemic prevention and control period and in the future.
