摘　　要：本文分析了现阶段基层疾控机构食品理化实验室所面临的问题,探索基层疾控机构食品理化实验室的发展方向与策略,为基层食品理化实验室的发展提供思路,主要包括立足食品理化专业,积极推进软硬件建设,提升公共卫生突发事件处置和应急能力;主动营造学术氛围,为引进和留住检验人才做准备,使用内部学术培养的模式,积极探索学术发展道路;通过学术带动业务的模式,保持和提升食品理化检验检测能力等,为实验室实现更好的发展提供助力。This paper analyzes the problems faced by the food physical and chemical laboratories of grass-roots disease control institutions at the present stage, explores the development direction and strategy of the food physical and chemical laboratories of grass-roots disease control institutions, and provides ideas for the development of grass-roots food physical and chemical laboratories, mainly including based on the food physical and chemical specialty, actively promoting the construction of software and hardware, and improving the handling and emergency capacity of public health emergencies;Actively create an academic atmosphere, prepare for the introduction and retention of testing talents, use the internal academic training mode, and actively explore the path of academic development;Through the academic driven business model, maintain and improve the ability of food physical and chemical inspection and testing, so as to provide help for the better development of the laboratory.
