基于NLRP3炎症小体探讨从肝胃论治胃癌前病变阻断“炎-癌”转化的重要性

摘　　要：胃癌前病变是胃癌二级预防的难点,也是胃“炎-癌”转化病程演变中的重要阶段,针对胃癌前病变的防治将有效降低胃癌的发生率。最新研究表明NLRP3炎症小体在此阶段扮演了重要角色。目前西医研究多集中在发病机制及诊断方面,尚无针对性药物治疗。根据中医病因病机分析及“治未病”思想发现从肝胃论治胃癌前病变具有确切的临床疗效,可明显提高患者生活质量,逆转胃黏膜病理状态。因此基于NLRP3炎症小体探讨从肝胃论治胃癌前病变阻断“炎-癌”转化的相关成果将为中医药防治本病打下坚实的理论基础并提供新思路。Precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC)is a difficult point in the secondary prevention of gastric cancer.It is also an important stage in the evolution of gastric‘inflammation-cancer’.The prevention and treatment of PLGC will effectively reduce the incidence of gastric cancer.The latest research shows that NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in this stage.At present,western medical research mostly focuses on pathogenesis and diagnosis,and there is no targeted drug for PLGC.According to the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and the idea of‘preventive treatment of disease’,it is found that the treatment of PLGC from Liver and Stomach has a definite clinical effect,which can significantly improve the life quality of the patients and reverse the pathological state of gastric mucosa.Therefore,based on NLRP3 inflammasome,the related results of the treatment of PLGC from Liver and Stomach to block the transformation of‘inflammation-cancer’will lay a solid theoretical foundation and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease by TCM.
