再议鲜卑语系属问题

摘　　要：中国史书零星记载着几十个用汉字音译的鲜卑语词。通过鲜卑语词语和蒙古语、满语的历史比较研究发现,鲜卑语词大都与蒙古语相关,而与满语无涉,故鲜卑语不当归入满通古斯语族语言。Several dozen of Xianbei words are recorded in Chinese characters in the Chinese historical books.Shiratori Kurakichi,after a study of these Xianbei words,holds that the Xianbei language belongs to the Tungusic language family,but there are misinterpretations in his study of these words.This paper provides a further study of some of these words with confirmed cognates,and points out that those words are mostly related to the Mongolian language,but are irrelavant to the Manchu language.Hence,it is faulty to classify the Xianbei language into the Tungusic language family.
