摘　　要：副肿瘤性血小板增多症是一种癌症中较为常见且复杂的综合症,目前作用机制尚未完全明确,但异常增多的血小板促进卵巢癌细胞增殖和转移的作用越来越得到医学界的广泛认可。近年来许多新的研究结果为阐释其作用机制提供了重要依据,本文总结了近年来研究在卵巢癌并发副肿瘤性血小板增多症中可能发挥关键生物学效应的重要因素,并分析靶向其作用机制中的相关因子作为卵巢癌新治疗策略的可能,以期进一步提高卵巢癌生存率,对卵巢癌的治疗具有重要的临床意义。Paraneoplastic thrombocytosis is a common and complex syndrome in cancer.The mechanism of the syndrome is not clear currently.However,the role of thrombocytosis in promoting the proliferation and metastasis of ovarian cancer cells is increasingly recognized by the medical field.Recently,lots of new studies have provided important evidence for explaining the mechanism of paraneoplastic thrombocytosis.This paper has summarized the important factors that may play key biological roles in ovarian cancer complicated with paraneoplastic thrombocytosis in recent years,and analyzes the possibility of targeting paraneoplastic thrombocytosis-relevant factors as a new treatment strategy for ovarian cancer,so as to further improve the survival of ovarian cancer.It has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
