摘 要:以四川省普格县野生微香菇属真菌(Lentinula)子实体为试材,采用组织分离的方法得到菌株HG-2、BG-1,并对其进行分子鉴定;同时研究了不同碳源、氮源、温度以及pH对HG-2、BG-1菌株菌丝生长的影响,以期为野生食用菌资源的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:2个野生菌株均为微香菇属(Lentinula edodes)真菌。HG-2、BG-1菌株菌丝体生长的最佳碳源为玉米粉,最佳氮源为酵母膏,最适培养温度为25℃,最适pH为6.0。Taking the fruiting bodies of wild Lentinula fungus collected from the mountain in Puge county,Sichuan Province as the test material,strains HG-2 and BG-1 were obtained by tissue isolation.Strains HG-2 and BG-1 were identified by DNA sequences.The effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,temperature and pH on the growth of HG-2 and BG-1 strains were studied,in order to provide a reference for the utilization of wild Lentinula resources.The results showed that the two wild strains were Lentinula edodes.The optimum carbon source for the mycelial growth of HG-2 and BG-1 strains was corn meal,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract;the optimal cultivation temperature was 25℃,and the optimal pH was 6.0.
