摘 要:沈阳地铁四号线劳动路站—望花屯站区间隧道穿越富水粉质黏土地层,采用泥水平衡盾构掘进模式。针对传统的泥水平衡盾构掘进模拟方法存在的缺陷,提出了一种考虑泥浆渗透及泥膜形成过程的泥水盾构掘进模拟方法,并建立了计算模型。计算结果表明,考虑泥浆渗透及泥膜形成过程,地表沉降比传统模拟方法要大;地表沉降随泥水支护压力的增大而减小;泥膜越厚,地表沉降值越小;降低泥膜渗透系数可有效减小地表沉降;加速泥膜形成有助于减小地表沉降。因此,泥水平衡盾构掘进中,应选择合适的泥浆浆液,以提高泥膜形成效果,从而降低盾构掘进对地层的扰动。The tunnels between Laodonglu Station and Wanghuatun Station of Shenyang Metro Line 4 passes through the stratum of water-rich silty clay.The slurry balance shield tunneling mode is adopted in the project.For the defects of traditional simulation method of slurry balance shield tunneling,a simulation method of slurry shield tunneling considering the process of slurry penetration and slurry membrane formation was proposed in this paper.A calculation model was established.The calculation results show that the surface subsidence is larger than that of the traditional simulation method considering slurry penetration and slurry membrane formation process.The surface subsidence decreases with the increase of slurry support pressure.The thicker the slurry membrane is,the smaller the surface subsidence value is.Reducing the permeability coefficient of slurry membrane can effectively reduce the surfacesubsidence.Accelerating slurry membrane formation helps to reduce surface subsidence.Therefore,suitable slurry should be selected to improve the formation effect of slurry membrane so that the disturbance of shield tunneling to the stratum could be reduced.
