伊曲康唑口服与伊曲康唑混合甘油涂抹黏膜治疗口腔念珠菌病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较伊曲康唑口服与伊曲康唑混合甘油局部涂抹口腔黏膜治疗口腔念珠菌病的疗效。方法选取口腔念珠菌病患者78例,随机分为伊曲康唑口服治疗(A组),伊曲康唑混合甘油涂抹口腔黏膜治疗(B组),每组各39例。比较两组患者治疗后疼痛,黏膜红斑或假膜、病损区念珠菌培养数量。结果两组疗效比较,治疗黏膜红斑或假膜总有效率分别为69.23%,89.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组菌检总有效率分别为71.79%,97.44%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组口腔疼痛总有效率分别为79.48%,100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊曲康唑混合甘油局部涂抹治疗口腔念珠菌病效果优于伊曲康唑口服治疗效果。Objective To compare the efficacy of oral itraconazole and itraconazole mixed with glycerol in the treatment of oral candidiasis.Methods 78 patients with oral candidiasis were randomly divided into itraconazole group(group A)and itraconazole mixed with glycerol smear(group B)with 39 cases in each group.The pain,mucosal erythema or pseudomembrane and the number of Candida albicans in the lesion area were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the curative effect of the two groups,the total effective rate of mucosal erythema or pseudomembrane was 69.23%and 89.74%respectively,and the difference was statistically signiflcant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of oral pain in the two groups was 79.48%and 100%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of local application of itraconazole mixed with glycerol in the treatment of oral candidiasis is better than that of itraconazole.
