环境不确定性、资源整合与中国OFDI企业国际化绩效

摘　　要：文章通过构建理论模型,利用210家企业问卷调查数据实证检验环境不确定性对OFDI企业资源整合及其国际化绩效的影响,结果表明:环境不确定性影响企业资源整合,相对于技术和需求不确定性的促进作用,供应不确定性对企业资源拼凑作用不显著;资源整合对企业国际化绩效有正向影响,比较而言,资源拼凑更有利于提升企业生存绩效,而资源优化更有利于提升企业成长绩效;资源整合在环境不确定性对企业国际化绩效影响过程中有不同中介效应:资源拼凑在技术与需求不确定性与企业国际化绩效间起部分中介作用,在供应不确定性对企业国际化绩效的影响中没有中介作用;资源优化在环境不确定性与企业国际化绩效间起部分或完全中介作用。The paper constructs a theoretical model and uses the questionnaire data of 210 firms to empirically test the impact of environmental uncertainty on OFDI firms’resource integration and internationalization performance.The results show that environmental uncertainty has a significant impact on resource integration.Compared with the promotion of demand uncertainty and technology uncertainty,supply uncertainty is not significant for enterprise resource bricolage.The influence of resource integration on the internationalization performance is positive.Comparatively speaking,resource bricolage is more conducive to improving enterprises survival performance,while resource optimization is more conducive to improving enterprises growth performance.Resource integration has different mediating effects.Resource bricolage partially mediates the impact on the relation between technology uncertainty and demand uncertainty and enterprise internationalization performance,but has no mediating impact on the relation between supply uncertainty and enterprise internationalization performance.Resource optimization plays a partial or complete mediating role in the relation between environmental certainty and enterprise internationalization performance.
