摘 要:目的探讨思维导图联合微格训练模式在中医伤科学实训技能教学中的应用。方法选取我院2017级中西医结合医专业1班共50名学生,分为对照组(25人)进行传统培训教学方式,试验组(25人)进行思维导图联合微格训练模式。以克雷氏骨折夹板和肱骨外科颈骨折夹板固定作为实训教学内容,比较2组的实训考核结果及对教学方式满意度。结果试验组理论考核及实训考核成绩均高于对照组的成绩(P<0.05),并且试验组对教学方式满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导图联合微格训练模式应用在中医伤科学实训教学中,能提高学生对中医伤科学基础理论知识与操作实践的理解与掌握,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of the mind mapping combined with micro training mode in the practical training skills teaching of osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 50 students from Class 1 of the 2017 grade,majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our college were selected as the research subjects and divided into Group A(25 students)for traditional training and teaching as the control group,and Group B(25 students)adopting the training mode of mind mapping combined with micro training as the experimental group.The two groups were both trained in Kray’s fracture splint and humeral surgical neck fracture splint.The training assessment results and satisfaction with the teaching methods of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of students in the experimental group in both the theoretical assessment and practical training assessment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with their teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the mind mapping combined with micro training mode in the practical teaching of osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve students’understanding and mastery of the basic theoretical knowledge and operation practice,which is worthy of promotion.
