摘　　要：I.Responses from the Chinese SideWU Hongbo (CIPRA President,Special Representative of the Chinese Government on European Affairs,and former Deputy SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations):China-Africa cooperation has a solid foundation.Faced with the challenge of the pandemic,the two sides worked together to overcome the difficulties,which fully demonstrated the brotherhood between Chinese and African people.However,in recent years,certain countries and some Western media slander China.
