摘 要:推动产教融合背景下的校企深度合作,实现人才共享,是落实国家科教兴国战略和人才强国战略,推动教育与产业发展统筹融合、良性互动的重要途径。本文基于人力资源管理和结构方程理论构建产教融合背景下校企人才共享影响因素模型,实证分析其路径指数,作为提出校企人才共享创新路径的依据。研究表明:企业文化、沟通和信任机制、合作方人才共享理念、高校激励力度、校企合作平台建设和政策支持均与校企人才共享意愿呈正向的显著影响,进而影响共享行为的达成;企业文化以及合作方人才共享发展理念也会通过校企沟通信任机制间接影响校企人才共享合作意愿。因此,本文从健全法律法规制度、推广人才共享理念、塑造“双师型”人才资源以及加强校企合作平台建设等方面提出发展对策,提高校企人才共享行为的有效性。Promoting the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises under the background of the integration of industry and education to realize the sharing of talents is an important way to implement the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,and to promote the overall integration and benign interaction of education and industrial development.Based on human resource management and SEM(structural equation modeling),this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of school-enterprise talent sharing under the background of integration of industry and education,and empirically analyzes its path index as a basis for proposing innovative paths for school-enterprise talent sharing.The research shows that:corporate culture,communication and trust mechanism,partner talent sharing concept,college incentives,schoolenterprise cooperation platform construction and policy support all have a positive and significant impact on schoolenterprise talent sharing willingness,which in turn affects the achievement of sharing behavior;Corporate culture and the concept of talent sharing of partners will also indirectly affect the willingness of school-enterprise talent sharing and cooperation through the school-enterprise communication and trust mechanism.Therefore,this paper proposes development countermeasures from the aspects of improving laws and regulations,promoting the concept of talent sharing,shaping"double-qualified"talent resources,and strengthening the construction of school-enterprise cooperation platforms to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise talent sharing.
