超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗全白或过熟期白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗全白或过熟期白内障的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月本院收治的全白或过熟期白内障患者78例(78眼)作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组39例(39眼)。对照组行常规撕囊超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,观察组行二次撕囊超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,比较两组术后视力水平、撕囊成功情况及角膜水肿情况。结果术后1、3 d,观察组视力水平均高于对照组,撕囊成功率均高于对照组,角膜水肿发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1周、1个月及3个月视力水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论二次撕囊超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术可有效提高撕囊成功率,改善患者预后情况,降低角膜水肿发生率,利于患者术后早期视力恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of allwhite or overmature cataract.Methods 78 cases(78 eyes)of all-white or overmature cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases(39 eyes)in each group.The control group received conventional capsulorhexis phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the observation group received secondary capsulorhexis phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The postoperative visual acuity,successful capsulorhexis and corneal edema were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 and 3 d after operation,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the success rate of capsulorhexis was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of edema was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity levels at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.Conclusion The secondary capsulorhexis phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively increase the success rate of capsulorhexis,improve the prognosis of patients,and reduce the incidence of corneal edema.It is beneficial to early postoperative vision recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
